Actor Mammootty will be the brand ambassador for Pearls Infrastructure Projects Limited in Kerala. The well-known Australian cricketer Brett Lee would be pan-India brand ambassador for the company, its representative Pratik Kumar told reporters on Friday.
Pearls, which has presence in 15 states, plans to set up two state-of-the-art residential complexes in Kochi – Pearls Riviera and Pearls Garden View. Pearls is also involved in developing large agro-based and township projects in Kerela.
Pearls Riviera spread over 9.65 acres surrounded by lush greenery close to the banks of a river. Pearls Riviera will have more than 1,300 flats with facilities like swimming pool, clubhouse and landscaped gardens.
The Pearls Garden View is 11-storey twin tower spread across two acres of land having 142 flats. This will have two landscaped gardens on every floor. The complex, located on Chilavannoor road also has 100-ft swimming pool, sports complex, landscaped greens, jogging and paved tracks.
