The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has suspended, with effect from October 11, trading in securities of six companies for non-compliances of various clauses of the Listing Agreement.
The companies are Computer Skill, Integral Knit Co, Mahaan Foods, Multi Arc India, Skypak Service Specialist and Victory Paper & Boards (India), a BSE release said here today.
They have failed to comply with various provisions of the Listing Agreement up to the quarter ended March 2010. Consequently, trading in securities of these companies will be suspended with effect from October 11, it said.
In case the company complies (to the satisfaction of the exchange) with all the provisions of the agreement on or before October 1, trading in securities will be suspended for five days (up to October 15).
Compliance of the norms on or before October 26 will invite suspension for 30 days (up to November 9). However, non-compliance on or before October 26 will lead to suspension in trading in scrips till the companies adhere to provisions of the listing agreement, the BSE said.
